DALLAS, Feb 12, 2009 / FW/ — Introducing the Balenciaga and Prada Spring 2009 collection, Barneys New York chose a straightforward approach, spelling their names out on the backdrop.

What is interesting is that the letters are “raw”; the paper was torn and not cut, push pins were used to hold them in place.

The rest of the display uses standard visual merchandising rules.
