Sretsis continues to make its mark among the fashion set as it becomes the label of choice among actresses and costume designers.
While filming “The City” in New York’s Central Park, Whitney Port was seen donning Sretsis Nutcracker Glitter Shorts from the Sretsis Spring 2009 collection “Rebellious Sweetheart” that features bows and ruffle detailing, ballet-inspired pieces, garden party frocks and prom-ready dresses.
Sretsis, which is “sisters” spelled backwards, a brand with tongue-in-cheek attitude derived largely from the shared history and humor of the three sisters behind the label.
The sisters’ collective passion for fashion and spirited sweetness, eccentricity and rebellion shines through their designs while their fondness for old-fashioned things with a modern twist permeates each of their collections.
