MILAN, Sep 25, 2009 / FW/ — Pushing the envelope as always with her youthful line Blugirl, Anna Molinari created a whirlwind of contrasts – soft vs. structured silhouettes, puff sleeves vs. tube tops, 3-D flowers vs. prints, even stripes and dots, all of them proposed for Spring 2010.

Blugirl Spring 2010

There is a neo-romantic touch even in the more structured silhouettes as seen the green double breasted brief jacket that was given puff sleeves and hourglass shape.

Then, there is the full poppy dimensional organza and taffeta and the feminine dresses with flowers alternated between white and red rigorous passion. The collection’s crowning glory are the balloon skirts and bustier dresses.

High-waisted trousers are cinched with a bow while a basic t-shirt was adorned with beads, giving it texture. In fact, the biggest statement when it comes to embellishment in this collection is the 3-D flowers that just take your breath away.
