C’N’C Costume National Spring 2010: Tie-Dyed Rock & Roll

MILAN, Sep 25, 2009 / FW/ — A rock band opens the show and a dance that any club goer would be proud of, Ennio Capasa was inspired by rock & roll for his Spring 2010 collection and executed it with his own twist – he used eco-friendly materials and methods to create this collection.

The result is a cool combination of tie-dyed shift dresses and wraps and all-black ensembles with metallic details in the form of zippers and shiny threads used in the embroidery.

It’s not the traditional rock & roll or even grunge; the mosh pit had changed! The hallway fashionista that Ennio Capasa used to dress with C’N’C Costume National had grown up. They are now college coeds!

And, with a more mature clientele, relatively speaking of course, Ennio Capasa made a little course correction, i.e. sexed it up a little by showing a little more skin but never going over the boundaries of good taste.
