Divine DesignLOS ANGELES, Oct 25, 2009 / FW/ — The largest shopping event in the West Coast, Divine Design gives 100% of sales to Project Angel Food whose mission is to nourish the body and spirit of men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS, breast cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

For the past 16 years, top designers such as Diane Von Furstenberg, Ralph Lauren, Monique Lhuillier, Oscar de la Renta, Vera Wang, Catherine Malandrino Alberta Ferretti, Donna Karan, and Salvatore Ferragamo have donated new fashion, home and accessory merchandise. All of which is sold to Divine Design shoppers at charity prices.

And this tradition continues in 2009 with this year’s Divine Design event beginning with the opening night gala wherein Project Angel Food, the only free meal-delivery program serving all of Los Angeles County with over 1,600 meals delivered each day, is going to honor the commitment of Celebrities Corporate Humanitarians, Designers, and Philanthropists who have made a significant impact on behalf of our neighbors in need.
