Fatima Lopes Spring 2010: Up, Up in the Air
PARIS, Oct 9, 2009 / FW/ — With different sized white balloons on the backdrop, Fatima Lopes lifted everyone’s spirit with her optimistic and hopeful collection.
Proposing mini shift dresses adorned with pleats for texture, Fatima Lopes also sent on the runway her own interpretation of the sarouel. Rooted in the past, with references on the 1950s, the collection is actually forward looking even with a touch of futurism as seen in the sharp-angled shoulders.
Entitled “Air”, the collection is positive and uplifting.
