LOS ANGELES & LAS VEGAS, Dec 12, 2009 / FW/ — Reportedly the sixth largest building in the world in terms of available floor space, The Palazzo, a luxury hotel and casino in the Las Vegas Strip is also the largest building in the Western Hemisphere.
Only two years old (it was inaugurated Dec 30, 2007), The Palazzo, with its total floor area covering 645,581 square meters – 6.9 million sq feet displaced the Pentagon as the largest building in the United States in terms of floor space, by a margin of about 35,580 square meters.
Still very young even by Las Vegas standards to have any tradition, The Palazzo might as well put Christmas décor as part of its seasonal offerings.
