MILAN, Jan 21, 2010 / FW/ — With the cult movie “Rocky Horror Picture Show” as inspiration, Dean & Dan Caten entitled their menswear Fall 2010 catwalk presentation the “Hockey Horror DSquared Show” which surprisingly, the title is partly a parody about themselves.

(Being Canadians, Dean & Dan are expected to love hockey; it’s a cliché and actually not a bad one since the NHL is as big as the NFL and the NBA in the U.S.)

Dean & Dan were true to their words about hockey; they sent shirts with crossed hockey sticks as prints, and was even very straight forward with “DSquared Hockey” spelled out.

And, perhaps as another spoof, models were sent out with blood dripping on their faces and shoulders or sporting a black eye, which is also another cliché occurrence on the hockey rink.

As finale, Bill Kaulitz, lead singer of the German rock band Tokio Hotel, who strode the runway wearing a pair of huge black wings, which according to WWD will be wardrobed by DSquared on his next tour.
