PARIS, Jan 23, 2010 / FW/ — Going back to his roots, Kris Van Assche proposed relaxed tailoring to sophisticated sportswear for Fall 2010 while expounding his label’s values of sobriety, integrity and urban modernism.
Shirts get casually put onto jackets; jogging pants are made from the same fabric as some of suits; t-shirts are made from flannel as the shirts. Everything was simplified and aimed at creating a wardrobe that is credible, masculine and essential.
What Kris Van Assche did was create what we have always loved about his creations – poetic without being sugary, modern without losing sights of the classics and masculine without being overbearing.
