NEW YORK, Oct 18, 2010 / FW/ — Known for its penchant for challenging the status quo, Diesel does it again for Spring 2011 with the release of its new sneakers – “High Speed” under the mantra “Not Made for Running.”
Adding to the ironic humor, the Diesel High Speed Sneakers packaging features instructions on the KICK ASS! And thus, the mantra sub-header “Maximize the oomph in your step and the power of ass kicking!”
The “High Speed” collection has a visual aesthetic of a running sneaker, uses a mix of fabrics including leather, suede, nylon and high tech air meshes and comes in four incredible stand-out color combinations: coffee bean, grey/blue, gray/red and a bright multicolor palette which all retail for $100.
These sneakers will be available in Diesel stores nationwide in November and continuing well into 2011, so get there quickly and remember to walk, don’t run!
