NEW YORK, April 8, 2011/ FW/ – When Italian fashion comes to mind, nothing can be compared to Giorgio Armani. Bringing the past and fusing with modern touches, Emporio Armani has created a capsule collection, Emporio Armani Remix. Inspired by the iconic fashion photographs from the Emporio Armani Magazine published from 1987 to 1997, the capsule collection is for both men and women exclusive to the United States at Armani 5th Avenue and select Emporio Armani stores. With new energy and details, classic silhouettes will be renewed with the timeless, modern, and creative force that Armani has come to known.
For the opening exhibit of ‘Momenti di Emporio’ on Tuesday night (April 5) , a bevy of fashion icons and personalities came to celebrate at Armani 5th Avenue in NYC. Attendees include Stefano Tonchi and Joe Zee to Jessica Stam and Karolina Kurkova (both models wearing Emporio Armani from head to toe).
