NEW YORK Sept 21, 2011 /FW/ -Inspired by the gorgeous sunsets of Arizona, the Spring 2012 collection was charmed by shades of burnt salmons, mustards, sky blues and soft sage. Season appropriate, the collection was built on linnen’s and cotton blends. A variety of lightweight easy to layer sweaters and safari jackets were perfect the lifestyle of the S/S 2012 season ahead.Creative director John Crocco provides more ease into the brands traditional fit while still offering garments that are very clean, sharp and always masculine.

John Crocco’s offered two key trends to note for Spring. First the collection showcased a variety of Euro inspired capri’s. When styled with slim layers and topped by fitted blazers looks remain relaxed and well tailored. Color blocking continues to trend into S/S 2012. Chunkier sweaters offered geometric inspired weaves of the sunset colors. Accenting wardrobes with these color blocked pieces work very nicely when paired with fitted trousers and a simple loafer. A Perry Ellis finale is always worth the anticipation. Marching down the runway swimwear showcased prints inspired by the desert. Always and ending that leaves us anxiously waiting the season ahead!
