NEW YORK, Aug 24, 2012/ — Mark your calendars! SEP 6, 2012 is FASHION’S NIGHT OUT. Expect New York City to be one big block party.

TRACY REESE

In celebration of Fashion’s Night Out, Tracy Reese will host her 3rd annual FNO dance-a-thon for a night of music, dancing, and shopping from 6 – 10 p.m.at her flagship boutique in New York’s Meatpacking District (640 Hudson Street).

Tracy invites guests to show-off their dance moves, in the boutique and even in the store’s windows, with DJ Brooklyn Dawn keeping the music going all night. Tracy Reese and DJ Brooklyn Dawn will judge the dance-a-thon and prizes will be awarded every hour to the evening’s best dancers.

Those not up for dancing can enjoy the music and wine from Clos du Bois while shopping the night away. Guests who spend more than $400 will automatically be entered in a raffle to win a piece of their choice from the new Tracy Reese fall 2012 collection.

MILLY BY MICHELLE SMITH

In celebration of Fashion’s Night Out, Michelle Smith of Milly will celebrate her fall 2012 collection at the Milly Madison Boutique located at 900 Madison Avenue from 6 – 11 p.m.

Guests can meet the Milly designer while taking fun photos in the Milly photobooth and enjoy champagne provided by VOGA. Milly will be donating a portion of proceeds from FNO merchandise sold to the New York Aids Fund.

Leading up to FNO, Michelle Smith will hold a contest from Aug. 23 – Sept. 6 where Milly Twitter followers have the opportunity to tweet their “Future Perfect” Pinterest board along with the hashtag #MillyNYFashionWeek to @MillybyMichelle.

The winner will be announced via Twitter, Facebook and at the FNO event at the Milly Madison Boutique on Sept. 6 at 9 p.m. The winner will be awarded a 2-night stay at the White Barn Inn, 2 tickets to the Milly by Michelle Smith Spring 2013 fashion show, $500 credit at Millyny.com or at the Milly boutique and the opportunity to have their board posted to the Milly Pinterest page from Sept. 7 – 30.

CALYPSO ST BARTH

In celebration of Fashion’s Night Out, Calypso St. Barth New York City stores will be extending store hours and serving champagne for guests to enjoy while shopping the new fall collection.

THE SHOPS AT TARGET

To celebrate the launch of the fall installment of The Shops at Target, Target will host a pop-up store for one night only from 5 – 10 p.m. at Highline Stages located at 441 West 14th Street.

The pop-up store will offer guests the first chance to shop the four limited-edition collections, which includes apparel and accessories for women and men and home goods, before they launch nationwide on Sept. 9 at all Target stores and Target.com.

The four shops include local boutiques’ Kirna Zabête and Odin, as well as The Curiosity Shoppe and Patch NYC, with merchandise ranging in price from $3 to $199.99. Quantities limited per guest.

Guests are encouraged to put their best fashion foot forward for a chance to win a $250 Target gift card. Special line hosts will select lucky guests to enter the pop-up store first and shop alongside the four shop owners participating in the fall installment of The Shops at Target.
