On October 10th, Chinese actress Tong Liya was gorgeous in Georges Hobeika for the 2013 BAZAAR Star Charity Night in Beijing. Tong donned a romantic white and floral print, off-the-shoulder gown from Georges Hobeika’s Spring-Summer 2013 Couture collection that is beautifully embellished with pearls, pailletes, Swarovski crystals and laser cut organza flower appliqués.
