PARIS, Jun 29, 2014/ — Following in the footsteps of fellow New York digital artist Jamie Beck of Ann Street Studio, whose ‘PAULE KA Madison Avenue’ cinemagraph inaugurated the World Wise Woman platform late last year, PAULE KA is proud to commission a series of miniature motion portraits from leading Vine artist Meagan Cignoli as part of the World Wise Woman series.

With a Vine following of over 450,000 and prestigious Cannes and Tribeca Film festival awards to her name, Meagan brings a strong and original voice to short form film. Shot with little more than a smartphone and next-to-no editing, her creatively challenging six-second animations constantly redefine the limits and standards of social video. A powerful achievement that underlines what it means to be a World Wise Woman.
Inspired by the spirit of the PAULE KA Fall 2014 collection, Meagan chose to explore shape and color, volume and texture, motion and emotion… Concepts which continue to define the house’s design ethos, season after season. Set in New York, where PAULE KA opened its Madison Avenue flagship store earlier this year, the series playfully and elegantly portrays a few stolen moments in a woman’s Manhattan life…
