NEW YORK, Sep 13, 2006/ FW/ — Showing last Friday, the first day of the New York season, Brian Reyes presented 35 exits for his Spring/Summer 2007 collection full of artistic variety.

His muse wears sophisticated and chic pieces for travel to Asia but not so limiting for it’s certainly fitting for travel to other parts of the globe.

Using soft luxe fabrics in woven chenille, silk chiffon, silk gauze and lurex silk to name just a few and the color palette is mainly black and white with a dash of olive, saffron, teal and navy.

Brian Reyes also managed to show his fine detailing using rhinestone on a heather jersey racer tank dress, a navy silk burlap denim skirt with jet beading and an ivory tulle/feathered strapless bubble dress.

In following the season’s trend, his silhouette comes in various forms, as in a lantern dress, jumpsuit, high-waisted mini skirt and a point d’esprit ruffle dress as well as skinny jean and legging.

Although, the running and track shorts maybe have been just a bit lost in translation the rest of the pieces made up for it.

Brian Reyes’ collection is the one of the best shown at the UPS Hub thus far.
