DALLAS, Apr 27, 2008 / FW/ — As part of its academic program, the School of Fashion at Academy of Art University give their graduating students a chance to show their graduation collection among industry veterans who show during the New York season.
BoKyung Cha, a Fashion and Textile Design graduate, used the shape of the Möbius band as the structural concept for her collection that was presented last February at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.
For Bo’s modern and sophisticated silhouette, she was inspired by double exposure for her textile designs. She used different shades of colors to give perspective between layers. Bo was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea.
