Located at the posh Fairmont Hotel on Sheikh Zaved Road, one of the city’s most elegant streets, this first ever Cavalli Club consists of two floors, spanning a total of 2500 square meters and has its own private entrance separate from the hotel.

“Dubai is a city of the future and the Cavalli Club is a futuristic space created with a global perspective,” declared Roberto Cavalli.

“Dubai reflects the third millennium that has just started, and that will continue by proposing new expressions that can change the habits of the world. Living against monotony, with the enjoyment of music, of good food, of pleasant company is the Cavalli Club philosophy, and Dubai is opening the windows of tomorrow onto this project,” the Florentine designer added.

Being launched with the Pragma Group, a leading investment, outsourcing and business incubator holding in the UAE, the Cavalli Club is designed so that the architecture, furnishings, and the interiors selected effuse luxury and exclusivity.

Each area in the space creates an atmosphere rich with exciting shapes, structures, and precious materials. Black quartz floors shine with crystal dust reflecting light and shape throughout the space while six-meter high walls dripping with Swarovski crystals illuminate the room.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to a large room showcasing jewelry, watches and the most exclusive accessories from the Cavalli Maison. This, together with a selection of refined food products chosen specially by Roberto Cavalli to express the best of “Made in Italy”, offers to the public a complete Roberto Cavalli lifestyle experience and a new way of shopping at a non-conventional time of day.

On the top floor, guests are offered multiple culinary and sensorial experiences. A refined and elegant Italian restaurant is at center of the hall, offering unforgettable, authentic Italian “cuisine”. On either side of the Italian restaurant, are two large atolls in gold-colored glass and fur, suspended from the floor, which host a sushi bar and a wine bar.

For those opting for Japanese, the sushi bar offers a relaxed atmosphere for dining where guests can recline on sofas in front of low tables. The wine bar offers high quality selection of drinks from the prestigious Cavalli Selection red wine to the uniquely-designed bottle of the Roberto Cavalli Vodka. Guests can also sample Cavalli-signed chocolates, have a coffee or sip cognac within the smoking area.

Parallel to the restaurant is a lounge bar that offers a chic and sensual environment for those wanting to try some exotic light food such as sushi and caviar. In this area, music plays until the early hours of the morning and guests can dance to hypnotic rhythms mixed by the best international DJs. A suspended platform will host the DJ and the dancers, as well as other entertainments and shows.

With meticulous attention to detail, every element is thought out and executed perfectly to create a unique and ideal place for relaxation and enjoyment. The Cavalli Club’s innovative schedule offers light lunch, lunch, aperitif, pre-dinner, dinner and disco set; truly catering to the guests and allowing the experience of a luxury Club from day to night, in true Cavalli style.

The Cavalli Club Dubai will open in November 2008, with Florence to follow by the end of the year. Openings in other major cities worldwide are expected within the next few years.
