PARIS, Sep 24, 2008 / FW/ —- After successfully opening a menswear store in Stockholm last week, J.Lindeberg follows it with another success – the opening a new concept store at Copenhagen Airport.

J.Lindeberg’s second store in Denmark apart from the one at Christian IX Gade 1 in central Copenhagen, the Airport location measures 64 square meters and decorated in different types of wood and variations of strong colored Plexiglass. With wood and plexiglass clashing with concrete, the aim is to create an atmosphere that communicates the J.Lindeberg identity of elegance, craftsmanship and progressiveness.

Featuring the J.Lindeberg men’s collection, golf collection and accessories the store’s selection represents the whole of the J.Lindeberg product range for men.

“The concept store gives us the possibility to express J.Lindeberg’s vision and focus towards the premium segment. We see an opportunity to offer the fashion conscious consumer a premium brand, with garments ranging from progressive active wear to impeccable tailoring,” says J.Lindeberg Chief Executive Stefan Engström.

The completion of the Copenhagen store is the latest initiative in J.Lindeberg’s ongoing retail development. A new Flagship store in Stockholm is next in line and will open mid September.

Since its foundation in 1996 by creative director Johan Lindeberg, J.Lindeberg has successfully combined fashion and active wear. Today, the menswear and the golf collections are distributed worldwide in over 25 countries. With flagship stores in New York, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Tokyo and Hong Kong, the vision is to create a global premium fashion brand for the aware consumer.
