Andres Sarda Fall 2009: The Spell of the Femme Fatale

Andres Sarda Fall 2009

Andres Sarda Fall 2009

MADRID, Mar 28, 2009 / FW / — This season, the Andres Sarda woman is a femme fatale, who is sensual and seductive, nocturnal and sophisticated… a woman who is surrounded by a halo of mystery.
She is ambitious, intrepid and strong. She controls her feelings and her inner world and has a cold mind when she needs it.

This woman, who leaves breathless anyone who looks at her, never goes unnoticed. Extroverted and self-confident, she stands out from others even though that is not her intention. Film stars such as Mae West and Marlene Dietrich represent this character perfectly… to sum up, a FEMME FATALE.

She plays at male-female in a very personal way. Leavers laces combined with silk satin in black and fuchsia are essential garments in her wardrobe. Pearl and Swarovski crystal details adorn bras.

She deconstructs dinner suits by using the parts separately and combining them with lingerie pieces.
She wears muslin dresses, puffed velvet cloaks, lace dresses, metal details… and combines them with lingerie embroidered on haute-couture tulle, bustiers and corsets.

Softness and strength are combined at pleasure.Coiffures with felt hats and rice taffeta veils, she completes her look with fur garments. Her colours are black, fuchsia, red, emerald green and purple. Intense and elegant.
