BARCELONA, Apr 7, 2009 / FW/ — A native of Barcelona (born 1985), Carolina Díez-Cascón González graduated from the European Design Institute (EDI) in 2006 with a degree in Fashion and Textiles.
![]() While still in school, she worked at Divinas Palabras (2004). In 2006, she received the R+FAD bursary from the FAD young designers program, and also joined the Custo Barcelona team as a designer. In 2007, she carried out an internship as assistant designer for Jean-Paul Gaultier and, in 2008, took part in the Ideal Fashion Show in Berlin, the Workshop in Paris, Bread & Butter in Barcelona, and Ego Cibeles in Madrid. She has also made a name for herself as a video jockey at venues such as Apolo, Nitsa and Razzmatazz in Barcelona.
