NEW YORK, May 19, 2009 / FW/ — With the start of the Ballet season, New Yorkers are dressing up with Amanda Brooks and Dree Hemingway choosing Calvin Klein Collection when they attended The American Ballet Theater Spring Gala at the Metropolitan Opera House at Lincoln Center last night.

Accompanied by Francisco Costa, Women’s Creative Director for Calvin Klein Collection, Ms. Brooks wore a juniper laser cut silk single shoulder dress from the Fall 2009 Calvin Klein Collection while Ms. Hemingway wore a black silk geometric velvet dress from the Fall 2009 Calvin Klein Collection and a black wool/silk/velvet trim coat from the Pre-Fall 2009 Calvin Klein Collection.

For accessories, Amanda Brooks carried a bronze metal box clutch, and wore juniper velvet open heel Mary Jane pumps from the Fall 2009 Collection.

Lindsay Price a blue ruffled frock with a yellow accent and accessorized her look with a gold python Jada Loveless clutch.

Fe Fendi, Nina Griscom and Irina Dovernineko were wardrobed by Roberto Cavalli. Fe Fendi chose a red chiffon long dress the Fall 2009 Collection; Nina Griscom wore a white jersey long dress from the Summer 2009 Collection and Irina Dovernineko in a custom made pale yellow chiffon and rhinestone long dress.

Last week Wednesday, May 13th, during the 2009 New York City Ballet Spring Gala at the David H. Koch Theater in Lincoln Center, Candace Bushnell, author of “Sex & The City” and “Lipstick Jungle”  was seen in black long dress by Roberto Cavalli from the Fall 2009 collection while Nina Griscom chose a light blue long dress by Roberto Cavalli from the Summer 2009 collection.
