This is what ITS means to them…

  • Raf Simons – Designer and Creative Dir. of Jil Sander:

I love ITS, and it’s driving forces. It’s not your average contest. It is not about winning or competing each other , it’s about togetherness,it’s about showing and enjoying creative points of view.

  • Antonio Marras– Fashion Designer and Creative Director of Kenzo

ITS is exciting, living, stimulating, sincere, instinctive, spontaneous, unique, innovative, true, intuitive, astonishing, amusing, individual, important, loving, protective, safe, tonic, cool, up-to-date, alternative, creative, energetic, happy and successful.

  • Antonio Berardi– Fashion Designer

ITS is possibly the best competition there is for new designers. A place where the most promising new talent can express themselves to a panel of the most prestigious judges in the industry, and where dreams really can become reality. It’s what Cannes is for the film industry, hot-bed of new ideas, where deals are struck and stars are made. It’s ground-breaking, thought-provoking, and an amazing opportunity for everyone present. It’s Inspirational, Aspirational, and truly sensational.

  • Hilary Alexander – Fashion Editor The Daily Telegraph

ITS – means Incredible, Tremendous, Sensational. IT’S a fabulous platform for young talent, exposing the best and the brightest at fashion schools and colleges across the world to the discipline, the fun and the rigours of working to a brief, keeping cool in competition and having your work assessed by some of the most savvy designers in the world.

  • Colin McDowell– Writer- Founder of Fashion Fringe

As the creative director of Fashion Fringe, I am always happy when I see other organisations offering help to young creative talents and I am pleased to say that ITS is playing an important role in this work.
