A former ballerina, she debuted her swimwear collection in the summer of 2008, with the same precision and disciplinary skills she used in dancing

Entitled ‘Ballerina Meets Punk Cruise,’ Marysia Swim 2010 collection is an assortment of lifestyle pieces from swimsuits to separate.

This season, designer Marysia Reeves expands her line to introduce cover-ups, loungewear and dresses in soft pinks and subtle tones punctuated with hints of neon, heavy zippers, bold studs and other unexpected details.

Highlights from the collection include high-waisted bikini bottoms paired with ruffled and ruched tops, neon and pink plaid-patterned cover-ups, suits embellished with brass studs and a featured look from her “Bumby: collection for tots (ages 2-6)

Marysia just won the Charleston Fashion Week Emerging Designer: Southeast Competition in March 2009
