DALLAS, Aug 18, 2009 / FW/ — Sometimes a store window just catches my eyes because it just hit that perfect pitch between artistry and commercialism. Such is the case with the August 2009 Anthropologie store windows at the Northpark Mall in Dallas.

Orange wood slats that were connected to look like it was random flowed from one window to the next just the way the slats would if there were on a river. The shape was organic; hence the arrangement was very natural.

Though orange is a very bright color, your eyes are still drawn to the dress forms and thus, the store windows are doing exactly what they have been designer for – SELL.
