NEW YORK, Sep 13, 2009 / FW/ — Georges Chakra’s show was a hard act to follow and Andy & Debb for the second in a row felt the brunt of it.
After seeing Chakra’s demi-couture silhouettes, it was really hard to concentrate on Andy & Debb’s proposal for daywear, which by the way are truly wearable and actually highly covetable.
Balloon skirts with box pleats and strapless cocktail dresses with tiny waists will be great additions to a woman’s wardrobe.
