NEW YORK, Sep 13, 2009 / FW/ — In what is arguably the best collection we have seen so far, Georges Chakra once again translated his haute couture knowledge into exquisite ready-to-wear for Spring 2010.
More demi-couture than prêt-a-porter, Chakra, signing his second ‘Edition’ collection made eveningwear unforgettable. To many, red carpet dressing has become a sport; Georges Chakra brought back the glamour and regality to the genre with his fluid gowns that are sexy yet demure at the same time.
The collection could have not been more perfect. Its only drawback is that we have to wait for six more months before they can be part our wardrobe.
