NEW YORK, Sep 1, 2009 / FW/ — Organized by Conde Nast and Vogue, Fashion Night Out happens in 15 fashion capitals of the world, i.e. where their local editions of Vogue call home.
Here in New York, U.S. Vogue has joined with the NYC & Company, the city of New York and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) to enliven again the consumer spirit that churns the economy and boosts the local industry at the Big Apple.
Each participating retailer will stay open until 11:00 pm on Thursday, September 10th and host special in-store events and promotions, in an effort to boost the industry’s economic recovery and encourage people to shop.
