Gianfranco Ferré Unveils the New Maserati GrancabrioMILAN, Sep 14, 2009 / FW/ — The Maserati GranCabrio, the first four-seater convertible in the Trident carmaker’s history, for its worldwide debut is going to be introduced by two models wearing Gianfranco Ferré gowns.

The introduction of the GranCabrio – the Trident’s third prong, which by the way completes Maserati’s product line-up that now consists of three different families of models: Quattroporte, GranTurismo, GranCabrio, will be held tomorrow, September 15th at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show,

For the presentation, two models wearing creations of prêt-à-Porter Spring / Summer 2008 – designed by Italian architect Gianfranco Ferre – beautifully converted to create the effect of an elegant curtain reveal that the Maserati GranCabrio to the public.

The two tunic dresses are done in pleated silk tulle multilayered, lilac and amethyst color, with closed life belts adorned rhinestones and amethyst.
