DALLAS, Nov 25, 2009 / FW/ — In New York, Tinsley Mortimer & Serena Bancroft hosted a lively tea party for a group of teens last Saturday, Nov 21st, at the Samantha Thavasa boutique with Dior Beauty in support of New Yorkers for Children charity.

The girls who attended were thrilled to have their makeup done by a Christian Dior makeup artist and enjoyed mini cupcakes and refreshments. The girls were excited to meet Tinsley, and to see her latest collection of handbags for Japanese brand Samantha Thavasa.

At the end of the afternoon Tinsley handed out gift bags containing a Samantha Thavasa makeup case with Christian Dior beauty products to the girls’ delight. In honor of the event, a donation has been made to New Yorker’s For Children.

In another part of town, Rihanna was spotted wearing a pair of Diego Dolcini shoes form Fall 2009 collection during her album signing event last November 23, 2009

In Los Angles, Kate Hudson, who was styled by Rachel Zoe, wore a black silk dress with black chiffon trim at the pocket from the Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2010 collection to the CNN Heroes Awards held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles last Nov 21st.

The next day at the 2009 American Music Awards, songstress Alicia Keys wore a leather and gold chain Moschino jacket during her performance of “Try Sleeping with A Broken Heart”

This jacket is a special archive piece that was reissued as part of the Moschino Spring/Summer 2010 collection.

Still in Los Angeles, at her appearance and performance at the Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien, Nelly Furtado wore a black Emilio Pucci mini dress from the Spring 2010 collection.

Back in the East Coast, in the White House to be exact, First Lady Michelle Obama wore a grey Moschino sheath dress to attend the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Award ceremony in the East Room of the White House on November 23, 2009. This dress is part of the Moschino Pre-Spring 2010 collection.
