DALLAS, Jan 29, 2010 / FW/ — Based in New York, jewelry designer Jules Kim creates aesthetically powerful pieces twice a year under the label Bijules. And, just in time for New York Fashion Week, she will be unveiling her Fall 2010 collection at the Eva New York Boutique on February 11, 2010.
Produced entirely of miniature bones gathered from the hills of Northern California, the Bijules Fall 2010 collection is composed of pieces that hug the knuckle, hold the septum, pierce the feather, or adorn the forehead.
And as a special treat for the evening, Jules Kim has collaborated with renowned fashion photographer Ruvan for an exhibition of limited edition photographs that feature the Scream and Spirit Collection. As a special gift, 4×6 photos will be distributed to attendees.
In addition to the viewing of the fall/winter pieces, Bijules also celebrates the launch of a full e-commerce site, making the collection available to a wider audience.
Also, in light of Haiti’s earthquake disaster, Bijules would like to aid in the relief efforts by donating 10% of all sales to Yele Haiti (www.Yele.org).
