PARIS, Jan 28, 2010 / FW/ — Cashmere cardigans, a traveling cape turned raincoat and quilted vests, Ute Ploier rendered feminine silhouettes into masculine forms, reversing the trend of women clothes borrowing from men.

While women’s clothes based on man’s wardrobe stays masculine, Ute Ploier emasculated any form for femininity in her garments and just retained the soft lines which in turn made the collection a standout.
