tim_hamilton_reduxMF1001NEW YORK, Feb 14, 2010 / FW/ — After seeing Tim Hamilton’s eponymous line in Paris, it was actually a surprise seeing his name at the Milk Studios fashion calendar for New York Fashion Week. And as always, the 2009 CFDA Swarovski Emerging Men’s Wear Designer winner did not disappoint.

Unveiling his REDUX Fall 2010 collection, Tim Hamilton mined his own archives to create this youth and street-inspired secondary label that he actually launched as a capsule collection of 15 pieces in Fall 2009.

A year later, it had become a full collection with its own aesthetics that is separate from the main Tim Hamilton namesake line.

From suits, knits to outerwear, Tim Hamilton dresses the young man in campus and also the young urban professionals (yuppie for Gen X), which today has actually been redefined as the leading edge internet generation.

Staying within the cusp of formal and casual Tim Hamilton REDUX strives to be the equivalent of “the little black dress” for women, wherein you can wear it to work and then go straight to dinner without worrying of being under dressed or overdressed.
