bodybagF1001MONTREAL, Mar 2, 2010 / FW/ — Unveiling both her Bodybag and J.U.D.E collections, designer Judith Desjardins divided her catwalk show into two distinct presentations.

First was Bodybag, a sportswear line for the metro girl dressing her from day to evening, from the office to the nightclub.

Second was J.U.D.E wherein from Judith paid homage to British designer Alexander McQueen and used his Fall 2006 collection that featured elaborate headdresses made of birds as her inspiration.

For both labels, Judith Desjardins created very wearable garments that are of the moment and on trend. She even took a risqué route that might have been lost on the audience as she opened with two females that sent out a subliminal message that they are lesbians.

Since no one commented, we can just assume that J.U.D.E honoring Alexander McQueen was the main statement of the night.
