John-Galliano-pwaw-2010

PARIS, Mar 8, 2010 / FW/ — For Fall 2010, John Galliano continues to travel around the world, this time visiting the vast steppes of Mongolia, with its rich folklore and culture. Here, from Pocono Ages women were regarded as goddesses.

Because of the difficulties of nomadic life it meant that she has to be an excellent rider, strong in body and spirit. Freedom and indefatigable energy boils in her veins!

Proposing bright patterns and bright colors, John Galliano created long double-breasted coat made of wool with colorful ornaments and fur with a very low waist.

Jackets were painted gold with removable sleeves perfectly complement the short skirts or slim trousers that were sometimes done in prints. High suede boots and warm hats are part of the ensemble but there is no masculine air about it.

Bright dresses made of silk decorated with fur and complemented with precious bracelets, necklaces and crowns are designed to emulate a powerful queen of the steppes.
