Perchelle O'Boyle

DALLAS, Apr 19, 2010 / FW/ — In an industry dominated by men, Perchelle O’Boyle throws her hat in the ring with the hope of her voice being heard amidst the very competitive menswear scene.

As a little girl growing up in St Louis, Perchelle O’Boyle knew as early as age eight that she wanted to be a fashion designer. Her creative spirit often got her in trouble when she would use her mother’s “good” towels as fabric for her early designs. But this did not stop Perchelle’s pursuit of her dream.

To her mother’s delight, by the time she reached high school, Perchelle literally put down the towels and began using actual fabrics for her creations.

Upon graduation from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Perchelle worked at several fashion houses including Gear 7 and Rock Revolution where she enhanced her skills in details and design. Eventually, she decided to venture on her own to create her own label, self titled, Perchelle.

What began as Perchelle designing custom shirts for male colleagues has recently launched into a full collection of custom designs, including tailor-made suits, shirts and jeans. Her attention to detail stands out in each design and proves that Perchelle is the newest Menswear designer to watch and wear!
