NEW YORK, May 11, 2010 / FW/ — Kudos for Zang Toi’s New York apartment continues, the latest being a feature in the new Annie Kelly book, “Rooms to Inspire in the City: Stylish Interiors for Urban Living

Photographed by Tim Street-Porter and penned by Annie Kelly, “Rooms to Inspire in the City: Stylish Interiors for Urban Living” is follow-up to the successful series Rooms to Inspire.

This edition is filled with a variety of beautifully photographed dwellings—from townhouses and apartments to lofts in such vibrant locales as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Paris, London, and Jakarta – which were chosen for their fresh design perspectives.

For professionals and novices alike, Rooms to Inspire in the City encourages us to decorate our urban living spaces with panache.

For the Zang Toi feature, Annie Kelly wrote, “The color scheme is black, white and silver – which requires great organizational skill to maintain. At first glance, the interior looks like an elaborate confection of ornate 19th century-style furniture, but upon closer inspection, it is clear that the space has been stripped down to an almost military precision.”

There’s a lot more, 10 pages were dedicated to Zang Toi’s apartment. The photographs bring to life the room. I should know, I’ve been there!
