NEW YORK, Jun 1, 2010 / FW/ — Coming in #3, (behind Shrek and Prince of Persia), Sex & the City 2 took in $37.1 million for the four-day weekend, plus $14.3 million on its opening Thursday.
With a domestic total of $51.4 million and international ticket sales totaling $27.6 million, Sex & the City 2 remains a fashionista favorite.
And the movie does not disappoint. Take this scene set in Abu Dhabi for example. Samantha Jones, portrayed by Kim Cattrall, wears a pair of VENEXIANA gold palazzo pants. SATC costumer Patricia Field paired the pants with an YSL top. (photo above)
