NEW YORK, Aug 12, 2010 / FW/ — We have visited pop up stores and come fashion week, we will be dining at a pop up restaurant as Bon Appétit Café arrives at the Lincoln Center to become the chic food hub for fashionistas.
From September 12 – 16, 2010, the Bon Appétit Café™ will take over various locations in the lobby of Avery Fisher Hall—located at 64th and Columbus—to create a location for food lovers, fashionistas and New Yorkers to meet, eat and rejuvenate.

The Bon Appétit Café™ at Lincoln Center will be open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. for breakfast, featuring extraordinary coffee and pastries from Michael Laiskonis (Le Bernardin), Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito (Baked NYC) and Christina Tosi (Momofuku Milk Bar).
Bon Appétit will then host a grab-and-go café from 11:00 – 3:00 p.m., where celebrity chefs will headline the menu with specialty soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts. The café will feature recipes from:

In the evening, a chic wine bar will highlight exquisite small plates featuring recipes from Mario Batali’s Otto and Daniel Boulud’s restaurants, from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.
