A Detroit native, Tracy Reese for all intent and purposed moved to New York in 1982 to attend Parsons School of Design where she received an accelerated degree in 1984. While she received her theories in Parsons, she got her hands on experienced in fashion from Martine Sitbon.
From there, she went on to work at some of the industry’s top fashion houses, including Perry Ellis where she was the design director for Women’s Portfolio before launching her wildly successful namesake label.
Over the past decade, the Tracy Reese name has become synonymous with frothy dresses and print driven heirloom fare that women across the globe can’t get enough of.
Today, she designs three labels – Tracy Reese, plenty and frock!
All three collections are sold nationwide in top department stores and specialty boutiques, including the Tracy Reese flagship in the Meatpacking District, as well as retailers throughout Europe and Asia.
