MONTREAL, Oct 2, 2010 / FW/ — Wow! After almost 5 years, we finally caught up with David Dixon whom we covered last in Fall 2005.

So many things have happened since then and David Dixon had changed also. From the raw and edgy designer we once knew, he has turned into luxe and polish as he sent 1960s inspired silhouettes on the runway.

The presence of geometric shapes as in the trapezoidal coat and tubular dresses, primary colors – red, blue and white and a very modern looks that are almost futuristic though never bordering sci-fi, gave a definitive Courrèges influence.
