Mr. Koch will make an in-person appearance at the coat drive on Tuesday, December 21st from 9:30 – 10:30 am at the Amtrak Pavilion at Penn Station. Mr. Koch will greet coat donors and thank them for their generosity as well as be available for photo opportunities and press interviews.

The Coats for Clunkers program benefiting New York Cares coat drive will take place on December 20-22, from 7:30 – 9:30 am, at the Amtrak Pavilion and LIRR Concourse at Penn Station.
