NEW YORK, Sep 8, 2011/ FW/ — Eran Elfassy and Elisa Dahan, the design duo behind Mackage stayed true to their trademark dramatic tailoring for Spring 2012.

With reference to the 1950s, Mackage mixed ethereal lightness with structured masculinity by playing with different textures and thus providing the needed counterpoints.

Eran and Elisa played with different textures, giving lightness to leather and a stricter sharper form to satin and linen. The Mackage SS12 palette was inspired by the soft, serene shades of dusk, when daylight recedes and cool light infuses the city with tranquility.
