TORONTO, OCTOBER 18th, 2011- The designer behind LOVAS, Wesley Badanjak not only presented us a good collection, but he also managed to gave us quite a show, an extremely precised and well done presentation.

Based on a Far-West inspiration, Badanjak presented his own version of the Country stories. Tan models, with braided hair and feather warbonnets, that impressive feather headdresses, were beautifully portraying the modern squaw. With a palette of earth tones with touch of red, the collection was all about details. Perfect tailoring, embroideries, frills, the designer reinterpreted the aesthetic giving it his modern and feminine twist. We particularly appreciated the bustier dresses that exuded sexyness, but still very wearable.
