SAN FRANCISCO, Oct 13, 2011/ FW/ — It was the middle of summer, August 27th when Hector Manuel designing under the Acta Non Verba unveiled his Fall 2011 collection at the British Motor Car Distributors Ltd, venue of the SFBAfn fashion show.

Acta Non Verba’s silhouettes were classic with a modern day twist and the designer (Hector Manuel), definitely had some surprising numbers that came down the runway. Using lace, even incorporating it with other fabrics worked well for his collection mainly in black, silver, gold and metallics.

Showing mostly evening wear, from floor length to minis, as well as one-shoulders to bustier style bodice worked well for the pieces shown. But my absolute favorite, is the model wearing metallic gold and black lace like bustier style bodice, with a floor length see through skirt (so see through that you can see the model’s underpants).

But WOW, if I still had the body to wear it, I would so rock this outfit. I will probably get a little creative with what I wear underneath, just so no one sees my underpants, just enough skin to peek one’s interest.
