NEW YORK, Jul 17, 2012/ — It’s not just Berlin Fashion Week that is showcasing German fashion. Germany’s Olympic team and paralympians will march into the opening ceremonies of the 2012 Olympics wearing Bogner fashions.
And, as announced, Bogner will also wardrobe the German athletes during the closing ceremonies.
This is not the first time that the German lifestyle fashion house had wardrobed German Olympians. In fact, Bogner kitted out the German team for the 17th successive time in 2010 at the Vancouver Winter Games.
Now more than 400 athletes as well as managers and officials of the Olympic Games will be wearing Bogner fashions in summer 2012 – just when the company celebrates its 80th anniversary. Approximately 170 participants will be wearing Bogner for the Paralympics.
