LOS ANGELES, Oct 16, 2012/ — These women do not need any introduction. After all, their faces and names are very familiar to us. Elle Fanning, Emma Watson, Shirley MacLaine, Uma Thurman, Octavia Spencer, Cate Blanchett, Susan Sarandon, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kristen Wiig – they have touched our lives in some ways.

And last night, at a gala celebration, during the 19th Annual ELLE Women in Hollywood event, these women were recognized for their achievements. A standout among the standouts is Emma Watson, who was recognized as an emerging actress and received the evening’s ‘Calvin Klein Collection Emerging Star Spotlight Award’.

Emma Watson, together with the co-honorees Sarah Jessica Parker, Uma Thurman, Susan Sarandon, Kristen Wiig and Elle Fanning were all wardrobed by Calvin Collection.

Calvin Klein Collection also wardrobed Leslie Mann, Rashida Jones, John Krasinski, Jaime King, Allison Janney, Zoe Kazan, Teresa Palmer, Julianne Hough, Rachel Zoe and George Kotsiopoulos, as well as ELLE’s Editor in Chief Robbie Myers, Creative Director Joe Zee, and Publisher Kevin O’Malley.

The women’s looks were designed by Francisco Costa, the brand’s Women’s Creative Director, who was also in attendance. The men’s looks were designed by Italo Zucchelli, the brand’s Men’s Creative Director.

ELLE Magazine’s November 2012 issue celebrates the event with eight different subscriber covers featuring this year’s honorees. Ms. Parker, Ms. Thurman, Ms. Fanning and Ms. Watson are all wearing looks from Calvin Klein Collection for their covers and editorials.

The issue also includes a story on Ms. Jones, Ms. Kazan and Brit Marling, who are writing and starring in upcoming films, and are wardrobed in Calvin Klein Collection.

The Annual ELLE Women in Hollywood event honors Hollywood’s best and brightest talent in celebration of women’s achievements in film. The event was held last evening at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
