Alice CicoliniAlice Cicolini’s fine jewellery is handmade by one of the last Jaipuri meenakari trained in the enamel traditions of Persia, which have been passed down through family generations over 200 years; their craftsmanship remains of the highest quality.

Inspired by the sacred architecture and patterns of the Silk Route, the pieces use rare enamels that are heirlooms in their own right.

Alice Cicolini is a Research Associate at Central Saint Martins, where she graduated in 2009 with a Masters in Jewellery Design. She has exhibited at the V&A, Fortnum & Mason, Zaha Hadid Gallery, Somerset House Vaults, Sotheby’s, Beetles + Huxleys and Asia House in London, Galerie Tactil in Geneva, and at Nature Morte and Bungalow 8 in India.

Her guest designer collection for British fine jewellery house Annoushka launched at Liberty’s in London in 2010; she has since created pieces for luxury e-tailer 20Ltd.com, ceramic designer Peter Ting, Tricia Guild, Swiss heritage pearl company Winterson and Ilado, Paris.

Her work has appeared in Joanna Hardy’s Masters of Modern Jewellery and Carol Woolton’s Drawing Jewels for Fashion and is stocked at Dover Street Market, Designers Guild, Alara, Rockshop, Bungalow 8, The Store in Soho House, 20ltd.com and, launching summer 2014, Net-a-Porter.
