Versace’s Head of License Accessories, Lee Wood, Moves to Italian Footwear and Accessories Brand Carlo Pazolini as the Brand Creative Director with Immediate EffectLONDON, Aug 2, 2014/ — Carlo Pazolini has appointed British designer Lee Wood as the brand’s Creative Director. For the past 15 years, Lee Wood has worked on the creative team of Donatella Versace.

The first collection of shoes and accessories created under Mr Wood’s leadership will go on sale at the end of January 2015.

Carlo Pazolini, is a leader in the accessible luxury category, producing and selling shoes and accessories. There are more than 250 Carlo Pazolini boutiques throughout Russia, Italy, the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as in countries in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. The company produces items under two trademarks – Carlo Pazolini® and Carlo Pazolini Couture®.

A graduate of the Berkshire College of Art & Design, Lee Wood began his path to success in London as a design assistant and fashion stylist.

For the past 15 years he has lived and worked in Milan where he held a variety of creative posts at Gianni Versace S.p.A. under the direction of Donatella Versace.

In 2013 Lee Wood founded his own design studio, StudioL72, and in 2014 he joined the Carlo Pazolini team.
