MIAMI, August 1, 2014/ FW/ — Entitled ‘The Issa de’ mar 2015 Collection: TRIBE’, the designers of Issa de’ mar, Melissa Jasniy and Marissa Eveland presented The Issa de’ mar 2015 Collection: TRIBE at the Shore Club during Miami Swim Week.
The designers of Issa de’ mar, Melissa Jasniy and Marissa Eveland drew the inspiration for the TRIBE collection from their wanderlust – Morocco being a place they’re hoping to visit soon. Thus, the tribal prints featured are their version of an updated African print they infused with neon pops of color, and bright and bold Aztec print.
The Issa de’ mar 2015 TRIBE Collection consists of even more intricate details and cuts this season. In addition, Issa de’ mar brought in the use of a vibrant tribal print that is consistent throughout the entire collection. A huge trend this season that Issa de’ mar capitalizes on is the sport top/rash guard trend. Instead of just creating the separates, Issa de’ mar introduces a long sleeve one piece that comes in a print, black and multiple colors.
“We are constantly looking for what girls would want to wear – things that are flattering on the body but also functional. We’re bridging the gap between fashion and function, on suit should take you from poolside, to surfing, to a night out on the town,” Jasniy and Eveland said.
